Twenty professionals participated in the webinar "Challenges and solutions in 3D printing. Trends Formnext 2024", organized by the MAV cluster on February 19. The session focused on the innovations of the sector and offered a detailed view on the current and future state of additive manufacturing.
Ona Bombí, Cluster Manager of the MAV Cluster, presented the various initiatives of the association, emphasizing the collaborative projects promoted in 2024. Among these, they emphasized the 3DBBT project, focused on the development of 3D synthetic bones with Biomaterials, and PES3DII, which promotes the creation of green spaces through additive manufacture.
Xavier Tutó, a lead researcher in the LEITAT Additive and 3D Printing Area - IAM3DHUB, shared the most relevant conclusions of the latest Edition of Formnext, the world leader in additive manufacturing and 3D printing. During the intervention, he presented the main technological trends detected and emphasized the opportunity that the Spanish state is the invited country in the next edition of Formnext 2024.
The event had an interactive space for debate and questions, fostering the exchange of ideas and collaboration between the attendees.
