The data provided in the contact form will be used solely and exclusively to answer your enquiries.

The data provided in the “Subscribe to our newsletter” form will be used to manage your subscription to Clúster MAV newsletters.

Do I have to provide all the information asked for in forms on the website?

You have to fill in the fields marked as “required” in forms on the website. Failure to complete the required personal data or doing so only in part may mean that Clúster MAV will not be able to attend to your requests and consequently Clúster MAV will be released from any and all liability for non-provision or incomplete provision of the services you ask for.

The personal data you provide to Clúster MAV must be current so that the information in our records is up to date and error-free. You are responsible for the veracity of the data you provide.

How long do we keep your data?

Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the purpose for which they were provided and unless you ask for their erasure or withdraw your consent.

What security measures do we have in place?

Clúster MAV has in place the technical and organisational measures required to protect the security of your data and avoid their alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access given the state of the art, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are exposed resulting either from human action or the physical or natural environment pursuant to current regulations.
